Recently, good news arrived from the Wanli New Energy Smart Land Port (hereinafter referred to as “Wanli Land Port”) project site in Ordos City. The rail-mounted container gantry crane manufactured by our company has been delivered and put into operation. This is another high-quality container gantry crane product since the implementation of the “Quality” strategy. This demonstrates our company’s growing innovation and creativity, helping the project achieve an annual throughput of 5 million tons.
The crane utilizes Schneider variable frequency drive and a Siemens PLC control system, featuring remote monitoring and operation. Furthermore, it is equipped with an anti-sway system and a truck anti-lift system. Through automatic container search and intelligent control, it monitors the spreader’s zero position and automatically guides the spreader, ensuring precise positioning during container lifting. It can accommodate complex lifting operations, effectively improving the efficiency of container loading and unloading, and meeting the daily handling and lifting needs of Wanli Land Port. This project, built during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, forms part of the Ordos Energy Data Platform, centered around Ordos Land Port. It will drive the development of emerging logistics, equipment manufacturing, and related supporting industry clusters.
