Single girder gantry crane

A single-girder gantry crane primarily consists of a gantry, a hoisting trolley, a trolley operating mechanism, a driver’s cab, and an electrical control system. The gantry features a box-shaped single-girder structure with two outriggers. The trolley utilizes vertical, reverse-roller technology for loads under 20 tons, and horizontal, reverse-roller technology for loads over 20 tons, operating on one side of the girder. The girder is single-beam, with the outriggers forming an L-shape with the lower crossbeam. Both outriggers typically feature cantilevers, providing strong cross-span capabilities and facilitating the transfer of objects from within the span to beneath the cantilever.

The gantry is a box-shaped, single-girder, two-leg structure. The trolley utilizes vertical reverse rollers for lift capacities under 20t, and horizontal reverse rollers for lift capacities greater than 20t, operating on one side of the main girder. The main girder is single-beam, with the outriggers forming an L-shape with the lower crossbeam. Both legs typically feature cantilevers, providing strong cross-span capabilities and facilitating transfer of objects from within the span to below the cantilever. The trolley is side-mounted, with the hoisting device positioned on the side of the main girder. For lift capacities ≤20t, the trolley utilizes a two-point vertical reverse roller system, while for lift capacities greater than 20t, the trolley utilizes a three-point horizontal reverse roller system.
The operation mode adopts a closed driver’s cab with an adjustable seat, an insulating mat on the bottom plate, and tempered glass windows. It can be equipped with air conditioning, sounders, intercoms and other items according to user requirements.
