Compared to existing general-purpose QD-type bridge cranes, its deadweight is reduced by approximately 15-30% and its wheel load by 10-35%, lowering the crane’s structural requirements and reducing manufacturing costs. The reducer, the core component of the transmission mechanism, utilizes hardened, high-precision gear pairs. Combined with a steel drum, forged wheels, and a variable frequency drive system, this crane represents a significant upgrade offering both economic and social benefits. It is suitable for applications in industries such as machinery manufacturing, assembly, petrochemicals, warehousing and logistics, power construction, papermaking, and railways.

Product Features

  • The main beam adopts an off-track box-type structure and is connected to the end beams with high-strength bolts for easy transportation. Specialized processing equipment ensures precise connection between the main and end beams, ensuring smooth crane operation.
  • The hoist trolley adopts an open, compact winch structure. Small and medium-sized cranes can also use European-style hoist trolleys.
  • The trolley and trolley operating mechanisms utilize a European three-in-one drive system with hardened gear reducers, resulting in a compact structure, low noise, no oil leakage, and a long service life.
  • The use of a European-style compact trolley and high-strength materials results in a compact and lightweight crane. Compared to traditional cranes, this crane can reduce plant height while maintaining the same lifting height, effectively reducing plant construction costs.
  • The modular design shortens design cycles, achieves a high degree of commonality, and improves component utilization.
  • The compact structure, low headroom, small dimensions, and large working range effectively improve production efficiency.
