This crane uses a suspender beam to lift long items such as billets, plates, bars, and coils. It is equipped with an electromagnetic chuck, clamp, or special group hook for lifting. It primarily consists of a box-type bridge, a hoisting trolley, a trolley operating mechanism, a driver’s cab, and an electrical control system, equipped with a power-off magnetic retention system. The hoisting mechanism typically utilizes a single motor, dual reducers, and a dual drum arrangement, creating a dual-point lifting mechanism. The suspender beam can be arranged perpendicular to or parallel to the main beam. Other features are identical to those of the QD crane.
