Double girder truss gantry crane

The gantry is a truss structure, offering advantages such as light weight and strong wind resistance. It comprises a main beam, upper end beam, outriggers, lower end beam, a traveling trolley, and platform railings. The main beam is a triangular truss structure with tracks laid on it for the trolley to move laterally along the main beam. The outriggers are either box-type or steel tubular. The trolley is equipped with a winch, making it compact and lightweight.

The operation mode adopts a closed driver’s cab with an adjustable seat, an insulating mat on the bottom plate, and tempered glass windows. It can be equipped with air conditioning, sounders, intercoms and other items according to user requirements.
There are two power supply methods: cable reel and overhead sliding line.
