Given the presence of flammable and explosive gases in the workshop, the crane’s explosion-proof rating is DIICT4. Computer-controlled in the central control room, the crane automatically moves the reduction furnace and silicon ingot tools along a pre-programmed work route, moving between the reduction furnace platform, cleaning platform, transfer platform, and ingot removal tool.

- The crane is computer-controlled in a central control room, allowing it to automatically move the reduction furnace and silicon ingot tools between the reduction furnace platform, cleaning platform, transfer platform, and ingot removal tool according to a pre-set work route.
- The crane features a lightweight, maintenance-free design and utilizes extensive anti-static, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials. The wheels are made of stainless steel, and the tracks are fitted with stainless steel grooves. The reducer is fully enclosed and tightly sealed to prevent oil leakage. The high-protection, fanless, explosion-proof motor and double-sealed brake effectively prevent the leakage of contaminants caused by transmission wear within the motor. The trolley wheel set is fully enclosed, with stainless steel wheels and other parts with high anti-rust treatment on the surface, which can effectively prevent metal materials from rusting and contamination. Self-lubricating fully sealed bearings avoid lubrication contamination. The trolley and trolley operating mechanisms use laser barcode positioning. The trolley laser barcode positioning reader is installed on the trolley, and the barcode tape is installed on the web of the trolley main beam. The trolley positioning laser positioning reader is installed on the end beam, and the barcode tape is installed on the U-shaped groove for collecting powder chips.
- The crane control has two operating modes:
- (1) Automatic operation mode: When the on-site staff needs to lift the work, they can manually hook the lifting device on site through the explosion-proof remote control. After the completion, they can select the corresponding function through the explosion-proof remote control. After the completion, the operation will start with the sound and light alarm prompt. After the key point of operation is confirmed by the on-site operator using the explosion-proof remote control, the crane will automatically reach the target position directly above the pre-set path, lift the reduction furnace or unloading tool, and after the action is completed, the alarm will be issued to prompt that the action has been completed. During the operation, if a problem is found, you can choose to pause. After the problem is eliminated, press the continue button to continue the execution. In the event of an emergency, the emergency stop button on the remote control can be used to stop the equipment from operating, thus preventing further failure.
- (2) Manual operation mode:Turn the selector switch of the explosion-proof control cabinet to the “manual” control mode. On-site staff can manually operate the crane using the explosion-proof button to control the manual operation of each mechanism. The remote control and handle control are interlocked, and only one control mode can be used at a time.
