Panhua Group’s Intelligent Hot Rolling Project – Advanced Overhead Cranes

On October 18th, Panhua Group’s intelligent hot rolling project at Chongqing Panhua Plate Co., Ltd. reached a major milestone with the grand completion and commissioning ceremony of its 4.5 million ton annual intelligent hot-rolled steel mill. The event was attended by Chongqing Vice Mayor Zheng Xiangdong, local Party and government officials, and representatives from hundreds of domestic and international suppliers and partners, highlighting the project’s significance in the steel industry.

As part of this ambitious project, our company successfully manufactured and delivered thirty-four double-girder overhead cranes with lifting capacities ranging from 10 to 100 tons. These cranes are now fully operational, supporting the high-volume production processes of the intelligent hot-rolled steel mill. Designed for efficiency, precision, and durability, they ensure smooth and safe handling of heavy materials, improving productivity and operational reliability.
