Fixed-point crane for aerated concrete

Aerated concrete cranes are specialized cranes designed for lifting concrete molds and blanks. They consist of a box-shaped bridge, a trolley operating mechanism, a hoisting mechanism, and electrical equipment. Used in conjunction with specialized lifting equipment, they perform tasks such as mold flipping, mold opening, and demolding. The hoisting mechanism is fixed between two main beams and consists of an electric motor, a reducer, a brake, a drum, and a guide pulley. A wire rope is spooled from the drum and wound through pulleys fixed to the bridge or trolley at either end, then onto the pulleys on the hoisting mechanism, creating a dual lifting point. The trolley operating mechanism utilizes a separate drive system with a conical motor brake and an open gear transmission. The operating motor can be equipped with a soft-start motor or variable frequency speed control, depending on the user’s requirements, ensuring smooth crane startup and safe and reliable operation.

Product Features

  • Air concrete crane is a special crane used to lift concrete molds and blanks. It consists of four parts: box-type bridge, trolley running mechanism, lifting mechanism and electrical equipment. It is equipped with special lifting equipment to complete tasks such as mold flipping, mold opening and demoulding.
  • Hoisting Mechanism:The hoisting mechanism is fixed between the two main beams and consists of a motor, reducer, brake, drum, and guide pulley. The wire rope is spooled from the drum and wound through pulleys fixed to the bridge or trolley at both ends, then onto the pulleys on the sling, creating a double lifting point.

  • Operating Mechanism:The crane utilizes a separate drive mechanism, a conical motor brake, and an open gear transmission. The operating motor can be configured with a soft-start motor or variable frequency drive according to user requirements, ensuring smooth crane startup and safe, reliable operation.
