An off-center electric hoist gantry crane primarily consists of a gantry (main beam, outriggers, lower crossbeam, etc.), a hoisting mechanism, a traveling mechanism, and an electronic control system. The hoisting mechanism is an electric hoist that travels along the lower flange of the main beam’s I-beam. The outriggers and lower crossbeam form an L-shape, providing ample lifting space and strong cross-span capability, facilitating the transfer of objects from the span to the underside of the boom. It is suitable for general loading and unloading operations within the small to medium-capacity range in outdoor locations such as factories, mines, freight yards, and warehouses. Operation options include ground handle, wireless remote control, and operator’s cab. Power is supplied via a cable reel or overhead cable.
