This crane model is a result of our company’s introduction and digestion of advanced international technologies, guided by modular design theory and leveraging modern computer technology. We have incorporated optimized and reliable design methods, employing imported components, new materials, and advanced processes. This new crane is lightweight, versatile, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, maintenance-free, and boasts high technological content. The main and end beams are welded box-beam structures, with the lower flange serving as the electric hoist’s running track. High-strength bolts connect the main and end beams, facilitating transportation and on-site installation. The hoisting mechanism utilizes a new electric hoist, offering a compact design and ease of maintenance.

  • The main beam and end beam are welded box beam structures. The lower flange plate serves as the running track for the electric hoist. The main beam and end beam are connected with high-strength bolts, which is convenient for transportation and on-site installation.
  • The hoisting mechanism utilizes a new electric hoist with a compact design and easy maintenance. It features a C-shaped structure with the motor and drum arranged parallel to each other. The motor, reducer, drum, and lifting limit switch are integrated into an integrated design, with all major transmission components exposed for easy installation and maintenance. The hoist’s housing utilizes a rod-shaped frame structure, with the reducer and electrical control box connected by round rods to form the main body. Simply replacing the round rods with different lengths allows for adaptability to varying drum lengths and lifting heights. The trolley is side-mounted for low building height and is controlled by a frequency converter.
  • The travel mechanism features an optimized overall design, employing a three-in-one drive system with variable frequency speed regulation, resulting in a compact structure, low noise, and maintenance-free operation.

  • The hoist utilizes a squirrel-cage two-speed motor, while the trolley and carriage utilize variable frequency speed regulation motors.

  • The electrical connection adopts international standard heavy-duty aviation plug with protection grade IP65, which has the characteristics of fast plugging and unplugging and reliable connection.
  • The crane is operated by ground-based flashlight control. The flashlight control is separated from the electric hoist and is suspended on the main beam through a slide rail system for free movement.
