New electric hook bridge crane

Hook-type bridge cranes are a widely used type of lifting machinery. They primarily consist of a box-shaped bridge, a hoisting trolley, a trolley travel mechanism, and an electrical control system. The hook is the lifting mechanism. Tracks are laid on the main beam, allowing the hoisting trolley to move laterally along the main beam. The main beam is welded to the box-shaped end beams, with joints located in the middle of the end beams, connected by bolts or pins, allowing the bridge to be disassembled for transportation. Operation options include ground handles, wireless remote control, and operator’s cab.

Product Features

  • Tracks are laid on the main beam for the crane trolley to move horizontally along the main beam. The main beam is welded to the box-type end beams, and joints are arranged in the middle of the end beams, connected by bolts or pins, so that the bridge can be disassembled for transportation.
  • The machine is operated in three ways: by ground handle, by wireless remote control, and in the driver’s cab. The cab is available in open or closed styles and features an adjustable seat, an insulating mat on the floor, and tempered glass windows. It can be equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning, an alarm, an intercom, and other features according to user requirements.
  • The crane can be equipped with motor grabs, electromagnetic suction cups and other picking devices to meet the needs of lifting various types of materials.
  • Cranes have a working class of A3 to A7 and a typical lifting capacity of 3 to 250 tons. They are suitable for loading, unloading, and lifting in factories, warehouses, and freight yards with an ambient temperature of -20°C to 40°C and a relative humidity of no more than 85%. They are prohibited from operating in environments with flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases.
