Our Story
Entrepreneurial phase 2003-2009
In 2003, Han Maosheng raised 500,000 yuan in registered capital and started ZD with just a few small pieces of equipment and eight workers. In 2009, after six years of hard work, he had accumulated basic initial capital. During this period, the company expanded from simple machinery maintenance to parts processing and electric hoist production, establishing the core business philosophy of “once a friend, forever a friend”
Growth stage 2009-2013
In 2009, the company expanded its scale and established a new factory. Through external learning, talent recruitment, and legal person management, the company established a governance system with eight departments and one office, gradually embarking on a path of standardized management. Furthermore, the company designed and registered its own trademark, establishing its own brand. Furthermore, the company adjusted its product mix, launched a crane project, and established single-girder and double-girder crane production lines, creating six series and over 50 varieties.
Strategic upgrade stage 2013 to present
In line with the national 12th Five-Year Plan, the Group carefully considered the situation and formulated its overall strategy. While maintaining its core crane business, the Group adopted a moderately diversified and international development strategy, establishing new economic growth areas such as conveying equipment, special vehicles, special robots, and general engineering contracting.
