This crane features a double-girder, double-track structure and is currently the largest double-girder, single-trolley casting crane in China. The bridge consists of two main beams and two articulated end beams. The overall layout is compact and rational. All reducers utilize hardened tooth surfaces; the pulleys utilize a new rolling process, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance and wear-resistant rope grooves; all major load-bearing shafts are forged. To ensure assembly precision, the crane utilizes a one-piece manufacturing process. The entire crane adopts a modular design concept based on equal strength and equal lifespan, while also taking into account scientific ergonomics and optimally matching transmission and structural components. This not only facilitates maintenance but also significantly extends the lifespan of the crane.
